How long does the hair last?

The longevity of the hair is all determined by the maintenance of the customer. However, the hair can last up to over a year if cared for properly.

Can I return or exchange my wig?

Sorry to say, but due to the nature of the wigs, we DO NOT offer returns nor exchanges. When checking out please ensure that the information is correct.

Can the wigs be bleached or colored?

Yes, all of our wigs can be lighten and colored. When coloring we advise our customers to seek a professional, just to ensure that the hair isn't overly processed.

Do you offer coloring services?

Yes, we do offer coloring services for wigs. If you scroll to the bottom of our page you'll see the services we offer.

How long is shipping?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to process and for your order to be prepared. Once your order is finished processing, check your e-mail for a tracking number.
